BETA expands transportation and environmental engineering groups with two new hires

BETA Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of two new employees in our Norwood and Chicopee offices.

Mr. Tom Loughlin, PE joins BETA as a senior member of our transportation group, significantly expanding our transportation capabilities.  Tom has over 25 years of experience in the transportation field, both as a member of MassDOT’s management team and as principal in a consulting firm.    He is well known in the industry for his knowledge and skills in project development, funding and supporting clients with solutions for their transportation needs. He will be supporting the Traffic and Transportation services group primarily out of the Norwood, MA office, while supporting the growth and expansion of the firm throughout the New England region.

Mr. Danny Rebelo, PE joins BETA as a Senior Project Engineer in our Chicopee, MA office. Danny brings over 15 years of diverse experience in wastewater systems, pumping stations, force mains, water systems, and stormwater management for communities and agencies in Massachusetts and Connecticut. His background also includes construction support services. The addition of Danny to our Chicopee office will allow BETA to continue to be responsive to our expanding client base in Western Massachusetts. Danny holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and is a life-long resident of Springfield, MA.
