Celebrating Pride

At BETA, we have made it a formal corporate initiative to foster a culture of acceptance and respect. Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee organizes activities to help us recognize opportunities to recruit and retain a diverse staff, ensure that all BETA employees feel safe and welcome, and promote an atmosphere that allows all individuals to achieve their greatest potential.

On June 1, you may have noticed the logos on our social channels became quite a bit more colorful. This change was made in acknowledgment of Pride Month which is a time to recall the trials that the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ+) community has endured and to rejoice in the triumphs of trailblazing individuals who have bravely fought for equality. During Pride Month, we recognize the valuable contributions of this community and stand in solidarity with them in their ongoing struggle against discrimination.

In recognition of Pride Month, BETA is proud to shine a spotlight on The Trevor Project, the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ teens and young adults. We are grateful for the work this organization does and honored to support its critical mission to save young lives.
