Senior Project Engineer – Water/Wastewater

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Project Engineer Water/Wastewater in our Norwood office. In this role, the Senior Project Engineer Water/Wastewater will work alongside industry-leading engineers, planners, and landscape architects on high-profile water, wastewater, and stormwater projects for a largely municipal client base.

Responsibilities/Skills Required:

• Work with team on a variety of water, wastewater, and stormwater related projects
• Produce high-quality designs, reports, and models, responsible for ensuring proper quality control procedures on all projects
• Assist in leading a team and driving assignments on a project level
• Collaborate and communicate with others on project development
• Initiate coordination and discussion of project issues
• Supervise/coordinate/mentor less experienced staff, as well as instruct them on technical procedures and review their work for accuracy
• Assist in developing scope and budget for assignments
• Plan, schedule, conduct or coordinate detailed phases of projects
• Deliver work products on time and within budget
• Handle and prioritize multiple ongoing projects at once
• Serve as contact for primarily Massachusetts based clients

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Must have 7-12 years of water, wastewater, or stormwater engineering experience
• PE license is required
• Modeling experience preferred but not required
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and GIS software
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
