Christine M. King
Vice President/Director of Business Development
Christine is a Vice President at the firm, primarily responsible for Business Development activities. She provides strategic direction regarding company-wide outreach initiatives, corporate planning, and growth and development. Christine focuses her efforts on client-facing events, meetings, and tradeshows, where she helps identify the biggest challenges and needs of the municipalities and agencies we serve so that BETA can provide them with the best possible solutions.
In addition to strengthening relationships with existing clients, another component of her business development efforts is orchestrating partnership opportunities with professional firms. She has networked to develop relationships with complementary services providers so that when a need arises, BETA can provide the necessary support either in-house or with a premiere partner.
Christine is a graduate of Providence College with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She is an active member of the New England Chapter of the American Public Works Association, holding positions on several committees including Co-Chair of the Summer Conference Committee. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Norfolk-Bristol-Middlesex County Highway Association. Christine is a member of Rhode Island and Boston chapters of WTS, and holds a position on the Technology and Communications Committee of ACEC-RI.
