Conrad is a Project Manager on many of BETA’s Asset Management System (AMS) projects throughout the New England region. His extensive knowledge in regards to pavement repair options, ADA/MUTCD/Stormwater compliance programs, and AMS implementation strategy allows him to be a valuable asset to the communities he works with. He specializes in the development of multi-year capital improvement plans, and relaying project results in a public forum, and justifying prioritization strategies and objectives. He also works with communities to identify potential sources to fund necessary projects (TIP, MassWorks, Complete Streets, ADA Grants, etc).
Conrad is one of BETA’s client care representatives for many of our municipal clients. His mission is to help our clients solve their problems and provide them with tools better manage their infrastructure through a broad array of asset management systems. He enjoys interacting with people and understands the value of building long-term relationships.
Conrad has been active in a number of regional organizations including the New England Chapter of the APWA, especially when it pertains to Young Professionals initiatives. He enjoys participating in committees and helping organize events. In addition to being involved, he has been solicited by organizations such as Bay State Roads, MassDOT, RIPWA, and Connecticut’s T2 Center to teach and facilitate courses on topics related to Pavement Management and ADA/MUTCD compliance measures.
Conrad graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA with a BS in Civil Engineering. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. From time to time, he can be found on a golf course with friends.
