Paul J. Bannon

Paul is an Associate with 38 years of experience, specializing in transportation planning, highway design, and traffic signal systems operations/design projects. His engineering background encompasses many aspects of transportation planning and design, from the early phases of environmental permitting and conceptual designs of major new alignment limited access facilities, to the development of roadway construction/reconstruction plans and bidding documents. Over the last 20 years, he has specialized in the planning and design of traffic signal control systems for state and local communities and traffic engineering impact studies for private development projects. Paul presently is responsible for the project management of public and private sector transportation engineering projects completed by the firm.
