Bryant University Senior Townhouses

BETA provided civil engineering services to support the site/utility design, permitting, and construction of the project. The project consisted of a new 12-unit, 72-bed facility with adjacent 72-car parking lot and included design of a new sanitary pump station to service approximately one-third of the Bryant campus. The project was initiated in October of 2005 and was completed on schedule for the August 2006 opening.
