To help envision the future potential of downtown Berwick, BETA was engaged to guide a series of public workshops and lend technical assistance to the Downtown Vision Committee. The year-long effort resulted in a thorough understanding of the Town’s desire to grow and how to use their strongest assets for moving forward. In addition to guiding over 20 meetings, BETA provided detailed graphics and renderings that easily communicated the various alternatives so the public and Town officials could better understand the options of how the new town center would meet their future needs.
