Happy Holidays!

As we wrap up another successful year, we’re celebrating the collaboration and creativity that defined 2025. From new projects to new team members, we’re proud of how far we’ve come and excited for what’s ahead.
We appreciate your continued partnership and the opportunity to improve our communities together. Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful holiday season and a happy New Year!
A Year of Giving Back
This year, we once again participated in the Salvation Army’s Adopt-A-Family program. We were thrilled to fulfill the wishes of one large family in our local community. A big thank you to our Young Professionals Committee for volunteering after hours to help organize and pack all our gift donations!
Our Sponsorship and Donations Program allows our employees to request donations to organizations and causes that matter to them and align with BETA’s core values. In 2025, we were able to provide resources to several organizations in the communities where we live and work, including:
- The Trevor Project – a national nonprofit providing support and resources to LGBTQ+ youth.
- Toka’s Friends – a nonprofit that trains and provides certified service dogs at no cost to military veterans with PTSD and TBI.
- Cumberland High School Hockey Booster Club – a local booster club, which funds essential items and events such as bags, jerseys, socks, a Welcome Dinner, and an end-of-season banquet.
- SISTA Fire – a Rhode Island-based grassroots organization supporting a network of women and nonbinary people of color through economic empowerment, community-led action, and healing and wellness.
- Heart of Rhode Island Animal Rescue League – a local animal shelter that provides vaccinations, exams, medications, and care for animals in need in Cranston, RI.
- Project Undercover – a Rhode Island-based organization that provides diapers, socks, wipes, and underwear free of charge to thousands of children living in poverty in the state.
- Bellingham Blackhawks Football Team – sponsorship of a local high school football team dinner that fosters unity, boosts morale, and raises funds to support the players throughout the year.
- Urban Justice Center – a nonprofit providing legal consultation and guidance on critical issues impacting impoverished and underprivileged people in New York.

We were excited to invite our friends from Pare Corporation to join our annual Lincoln office blood drive this fall. Together, we donated enough blood to save up to 33 lives.

Over the summer, our team hosted a school backpack drive. Because of our generous employee-owners, we were able to provide dozens of backpacks full of essential school supplies to the Community First School near our office in Hartford, CT.

BETA also hosted our third annual Canstruction competition this Thanksgiving season, which challenges our employees to team up and make sculptures from non-perishables. All sculptures were donated to local food banks.
We are grateful to our employees, clients, and partners whose continued support allows BETA to give back to the communities we serve. Together, we’re proud of the impact made this year and look forward to continuing that commitment ahead.
