Testimonials

“Being in an HR & Recruiting role for the past 15 years, I have been exposed to many different benefits packages within a wide variety of companies and industries. BETA, by far, has the richest benefits package I have seen in a very long time!  The Management team really strives to stay current with the Company’s benefits and is always looking to enhance and add to the package.”

  Lisa Huguenin
  PR/HR Administrator

“Benefits are important to me and my family as they enhance financial security through times of illness, life challenges and retirement and also provide a means for growth through reimbursement of professional development.  BETA’s benefit package succeeds in all of these areas and based on my 20-year work experience and conversations with colleagues in the industry, the benefits provided are comparable or superior to those provided by our competitors.  Over the past year at BETA, I have seen a desire by the firm to evaluate and improve the benefits package as our company expands.”

  Matthew Shute, PE
  Senior Project Manager

“BETA offers an extensive benefits package that is well considered and one with few equals within the profession.  The benefits package is not static, but rather consistently evolving to respond to input from the company’s leadership and staff, to be tailored to meet the needs of today’s workforce.   Furthermore, the benefits package is constantly being updated and improved to better reflect the sensibilities and needs of the employees. Just as important as the benefits themselves, the HR department at BETA is always accessible and easy to communicate with should you have questions or require additional information or support.”

“BETA’s benefits are top notch and definitely a strong component of the employment package. Benefits have grown each year since I started in 2012. Whether it’s an increase in ESOP stock, new 401K options or the addition of a flexible spending account, the company strives to provide the best. “

  Kelly Carr, RLA, ASLA
  Associate

“I am very pleased with the benefits I receive through BETA. These benefits, including health, dental, 401k, ESOP, and vacation are substantial and reflective of the company’s attitude of putting their employees first. It also seems that the company does everything possible to maximize our benefits while, at the same time, keeping employee contributions to a minimum.”
