Amanda Koukol, PHR

Amanda is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in strategic planning, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. As Human Resources Manager, Amanda partners closely with company leadership to design and implement strategies that support business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance the overall employee experience.

Amanda brings extensive experience across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with federal and state employment regulations. She has led initiatives focused on employee engagement, leadership development, and change management, while also overseeing payroll processes, HRIS systems, and labor relations.

Amanda holds a master of science in human resources management and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
