Bryan brings 28 years of experience in construction inspection and management, with a career focused on infrastructure and roadway projects carried out in active, highly coordinated environments. His work emphasizes organization, clear communication, and practical decision-making to keep projects moving efficiently from construction start through closeout.

At BETA, Bryan provides construction management and resident inspection services for utility, roadway, and water infrastructure projects throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He supports municipal clients as well as state transportation agencies, managing contractor coordination, field investigations, utility and topographic surveys, geotechnical oversight, and documentation. His responsibilities include record drawing development, quantity measurement for contractor pay applications, and shop drawing reviews, along with ongoing coordination with contractors, inspectors, and the public to ensure work is completed safely and as intended.
