Chris serves as Vice President and Director of Business Development at BETA, where he leads the firm’s strategic growth initiatives and works closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to identify opportunities that deliver meaningful value to communities and infrastructure systems throughout New England.
With nearly three decades of experience in engineering consulting and strategic growth leadership, Chris brings a deep understanding of the challenges facing public agencies, municipalities, and private-sector clients. His role focuses on strengthening long-term client relationships, aligning BETA’s multidisciplinary expertise with client needs, and developing partnerships that enhance the firm’s ability to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.
Chris collaborates with BETA’s service area leaders and technical professionals to help clients navigate complex infrastructure, environmental, and transportation initiatives. By connecting clients with the right technical resources and fostering collaboration across disciplines, he helps ensure projects move efficiently from planning through implementation while achieving long-term community and environmental benefits.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Sciences from Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Physics from Providence College. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and a Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional.
