Christopher Turgeon, PE, ENV SP, LPA

Chris has 16 years of engineering experience as a highway engineer and project manager for BETA. He is currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and the lead highway engineer our the Manchester, NH office. Chris is an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP), a certification that recognizes his expertise in planning, designing, building, and maintaining a sustainable infrastructure. He has been involved in a variety of transportation projects through which he has developed a wide range of experience and skills. He is proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and OpenRoads.

Chris’s varied expertise includes highway design; intersection design; bicycle and pedestrian facilities design; stormwater design; preparation of project plans, reports, specifications, and cost estimates; development of traffic management plans; as well as field inventories and field inspections. Many of the projects Chris has undertaken were developed using the philosophy of “Complete Streets” in order to provide a comprehensive solution to a specific corridor or intersection project.
