A Licensed Site Professional (LSP) with nearly 35 years of experience, Craig is an Associate on BETA’s environmental services team. Craig is an environmental engineer with expertise in environmental assessment, remediation, and due diligence. He has led and managed hundreds of environmental assessment and remediation projects across New England for a diverse range of clients, including municipalities, developers, law firms, lending institutions, non-profits, and retail petroleum clients.

Craig obtained his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s in environmental engineering from Clarkson University.  As an LSP, his technical experience spans a broad array of environmental services, including the preparation of Phase I through V reports, emergency response, Immediate Response Action (IRA) plans, Imminent Hazard Evaluations, Release Abatement Measure (RAM) plans, Permanent Solutions, and Activity and Use Limitations (AULs).  Craig has worked on a wide variety of complex projects, such as developing a park and playground on a former industrial site, managing UST closures, preparing contract documents and providing construction phase services for the abatement and demolition of a municipal incinerator, conducting mold and indoor air investigations, and providing technical support for construction on contaminated properties.   

Craig is a Massachusetts licensed third-party landfill inspector and has completed landfill assessments, monitoring, and inspection services on landfills throughout Massachusetts including landfills with solar arrays. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, technically sound environmental solutions for his clients. Craig currently serves on the LSP Board of Hazardous Waste Site Cleanup Professionals.
