With 30 years of experience focused on traffic signal systems, operations, and traffic engineering design, Glenn’s work supports state, county, and municipal clients, with a career-long emphasis on improving intersection performance, safety, and system reliability through thoughtful analysis and well-executed design.

Glenn has led the design and implementation of signalized intersections, coordinated signal systems, and traffic modeling efforts across New England and the Mid-Atlantic. His experience includes traffic signal design, signal timing and coordination, maintenance of traffic planning, and the preparation of technical reports and traffic studies to support planning, design, and construction. He regularly applies traffic modeling and analysis tools to evaluate operational conditions and develop practical, data-driven recommendations that align with agency standards and project goals.

In addition to his technical expertise, Glenn brings a strong leadership and mentorship focus to his role. With more than 18 years of experience guiding junior engineers, he is known for clear communication, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. He works closely with clients, project teams, and agencies to deliver solutions that are technically rigorous, clearly documented, and responsive to real-world transportation challenges.
