Senior Project Manager

Jared is a Senior Project Manager at BETA working across the transportation and civil/site departments, where he provides design and resident engineering services for a wide range of public and private infrastructure projects. His background includes highway and roadway design, stormwater management, hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, and site redevelopment with experience supporting projects from early planning through construction.

Jared has led and contributed to complex stormwater and drainage initiatives including watershed studies, resiliency-focused infrastructure improvements, and the design and implementation of stormwater treatment systems. His work frequently involves coordinating design, permitting, and construction activities while navigating regulatory requirements at the local, state, and federal levels. He has supported projects for municipal clients, state agencies, and transportation authorities often in environmentally sensitive or flood-prone areas.

In addition to his technical expertise, Jared brings a strong analytical and coordination skillset to project teams. He is proficient in a wide range of engineering and modeling software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, HydroCAD, Hydraflow, and GIS-based tools, which he uses to develop practical, constructible solutions. As a Professional Engineer and Certified Professional in Stormwater Quality, Jared helps guide projects with a focus on performance, resiliency, and long-term maintainability.
