Laura contributes her comprehensive training in physical sciences, GIS mapping, and regulations to varying types of environmental consulting and planning projects. She has been working in the environmental consulting and engineering field and has gained valuable knowledge in ecology, environmental permitting and planning, and hazardous waste assessment in Massachusetts and throughout New England. Her diverse background in environmental consulting allows her to evaluate sites from many perspectives.

With 13 years of experience working as an environmental professional, Laura has played a key role in providing wetland delineation and permitting services on dozens of projects for both public and private entities. She has permitted over a dozen transportation-related projects ranging from roadway improvements and bridge replacements to rail trails. Laura’s strong background in the regulations governing development and redevelopment under local, state, and federal jurisdiction allows her to handle a variety of projects efficiently and successfully.

Laura is also experienced in invasive plant identification and management, geographic information systems (GIS), and wetland replication implementation. She has prepared dozens of invasive species control plans; provided design guidance to developers using maps depicting areas of jurisdiction under local, state, and federal law; and prepared wetland replication plans in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
