Ryan Greenway, PE

Senior Project Manager

Ryan serves as a Senior Project Manager in BETA’s water and wastewater engineering group, where his work spans the planning, design, and construction support of water, drainage, and wastewater infrastructure. His experience covers municipal utility systems of varying scale and complexity with a strong emphasis on constructible design and coordination during active construction.

Ryan regularly supports projects through all phases of delivery from field investigations and design development to construction administration and resident inspection services. He has extensive experience preparing plans, specifications, quantities, and cost estimates as well as coordinating closely with contractors, municipal staff, and inspectors to resolve field conditions and keep projects moving efficiently.

A key strength of Ryan’s work is his ability to integrate engineering analysis with practical implementation. He leverages a range of modeling, drafting, and GIS tools including AutoCAD, WaterGEMS, WaterCAD, and ESRI platforms to support system evaluation, documentation, and decision-making. His hands-on construction experience allows him to bridge design intent with real-world conditions, delivering solutions that are both technically sound and workable in the field.
