BETA's 40th Anniversary video

This year, BETA is proud to have celebrated our 40th anniversary. Since 1982, we have grown regionally, diversified, and increased the services that we offer to our clients. At the foundation of it all is our mission: improving communities together.

We are thrilled to share the above video with our clients, business partners, and all those who have supported us for the past four decades. We reflect on our early years and the factors that have contributed to our continued growth, including an unwavering commitment to client service and a culture based on teamwork and employee ownership. Thank you to our dedicated team for making BETA a firm we are proud to work for. We look forward to continued growth and success, and a future of collaboration with our valued team members and the greater BETA community.

City of Fall River dedicates City Pier to State Senator Thomas Norton

On November 5, 2022, the Fall River Redevelopment Authority hosted a Dedication Ceremony for the Senator Thomas Norton City Pier. After forty years of clean-up and redevelopment efforts, this four-acre site has been transformed into an accessible waterfront property to be enjoyed by residents and visitors of Fall River for years to come.

For the last decade, BETA has been involved in clean-up activities and planning to transform the vacant parcel into a site which can be used for marina, recreation, dining, and waterfront amenities. Fall River Mayor Paul Coogan spoke of the benefits of the amenity and emphasized the newly uncovered potential of City Pier. “This area is one of the most popular in Fall River right now,” he said. “It’s used every day by walkers, boaters, and commuters. It’s an honor to provide our residents with another beautiful open space that can be enjoyed for decades to come.”
