Jack Madden, PE

Jack is a Senior Project Manager at BETA with 26 years of experience with bicycle and pedestrian safety studies, transportation planning, engineering, consulting, and construction. Jack is a leader on BETA’s Active Transportation Team and works with municipal clients throughout Southern New England. Jack’s broad experience in bicycle and pedestrian planning and design has included bicycle and pedestrian network assessment, trail feasibility assessment, conceptual design, project funding, permitting, development of contract documents, and construction management.

Jack has worked closely with municipal clients to provide GIS-based ADA compliance assessment and pedestrian network planning services. He has helped many clients throughout southern New England complete their compliance requirements, including the ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan within their public rights-of-way.
