Kaethe V. Podgorski, PE, PTOE

Kaethe has over 20 years of experience in the analysis and design of traffic, transportation, and civil improvement projects. She has considerable experience in traffic design (traffic signals, signing and pavement marking, maintenance and protection of traffic), corridor and subarea planning studies, micro-level operations analysis, safety studies, traffic control planning, and data collection and analysis. Kaethe has worked with clients in several states, including state agencies, municipalities, and toll authorities.
