Todd Warzecki, PE

Todd has over 20 years of experience as a structural engineer at BETA. He has managed and/or executed the design of numerous types of structures including the inspection, design, and construction of bridges, parking garages, wastewater treatment facilities, buildings, and retaining walls for various municipalities and state agencies. He is responsible for a wide range of tasks that include structural design, condition evaluation, construction estimating, technical document preparation, and construction services. Todd is also trained in National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) and is certified to manage and perform structural inspections of in-service bridges. His projects have included entirely new structures, as well as both major and minor rehabilitations.

Project highlights include the use of Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC) techniques to expedite construction for bridge replacement projects for both the Massachusetts and Rhode Island DOTs. Todd supervises our growing structural group in Lincoln, where he manages and oversees bridge and structural engineering projects for RIDOT and MassDOT as well as our municipal clients.
