Joseph J. D’Alesio, PE

As CEO of BETA, Joe is responsible for strategic direction and management of all facets of the firm’s corporate-level leadership including visioning, strategy, operations, finance, business development, and marketing. He also serves on the firm’s Board of Directors.

Joe brings over four decades of leadership and engineering experience specializing in the planning, design, and construction of wastewater collection and treatment facilities. He continues to provide project support and quality control for a variety of environmental engineering projects and continues to serve as client manager for those clients with whom he has long-standing relationships.

Joe has been an active member of several industry organizations, including the Rhode Island Chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC-RI), which represents over 40 independent companies engaged in the planning and design of infrastructure projects for public and private clients throughout Rhode Island. He is currently a Past President of the organization and remains actively involved.
