Joe has over four decades of civil engineering experience specializing in the planning and design of wastewater treatment, collection and pumping systems, and construction management. He serves as client manager for some of BETA’s high profile projects with clients such as the Narragansett Bay Commission, City of Framingham, and Town of Brookline. As Senior Vice President of Water and Wastewater Engineering at BETA, he is primarily responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution of the water and wastewater engineering projects.
During his tenure at BETA, Joe has built one of the most respected, qualified, and diverse environmental engineering teams in New England, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. His group’s track record regarding quality, schedule, and cost compliance is reflected by the number of repeat clients they have serviced under Joe’s leadership.
Joe serves on the Board of Directors for RICE (Rhode Island Consulting Engineers) and is a member of the Small Community Outreach Committee for the New England Water Environment Association. Joe has also been an active volunteer for the Big Brothers / Big Sisters Association of Greater Attleboro in the past.
