As BETA’s Director of Marketing, Aimee is responsible for overseeing all internal marketing functions, as well as providing strategic direction, planning, and design regarding company-wide marketing initiatives. Aimee’s background in content creation, graphic design, digital marketing, social media, branding, and market research provide her with a well-rounded understanding of developing holistic marketing campaigns that attract and inform targeted audiences.
Aimee is a founding member of BETA’s employee engagement committee, which aims to create a unified team of enthusiastic and highly engaged employee owners, while promoting and strengthening the company’s culture and values. She is passionate about fostering employee engagement and giving back to the communities we live and work in through social and charitable activities. In this role, Aimee also works closely with human resources on the firm’s health and wellness program.
Aimee has a BA in Communications from Rhode Island College and an MA in Integrated Marketing Communication from Marist College. She is an active member of the New England Chapter of the American Public Works Association, where she serves on the Public Works Awareness and Membership Committees, and was awarded the Chapter’s Young Leader Award in 2018.
Outside of work, Aimee enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and attempting to move up the leaderboard on her Peloton.
