Jason Ouimet, PE, LEED AP

Jason is a dedicated Associate with extensive experience delivering transportation, streetscape, and land development projects throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts. His background spans roadway and intersection design, multimodal facilities, drainage and stormwater systems, and complex site development, with experience supporting projects from planning and design through construction.

Jason regularly leads multidisciplinary teams on municipal, institutional, and state-funded projects, balancing technical quality, constructability, and budget awareness. His work includes hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, drainage best management practice design, utility coordination, and preparation of construction documents for roadway and site projects of varying scale and complexity. He is comfortable working independently or in supervisory roles and is known for producing clear, efficient designs that respond to real-world constraints.
