Najib is Senior Vice President in charge of the firm’s Connecticut operations where he oversees activities with exceptional leadership and attention to detail. After working in the public sector for several years, Najib joined the private sector, helping municipal, state, federal, and private clients achieve success with their projects. Najib demonstrates a keen ability to “get the job done”, even under the most challenging circumstances, and does so with the utmost professionalism, quality, and service to his clients.
Some of Najib’s accomplishments include managing the development of the first comprehensive citywide traffic calming master plan in the United States; and helping establish ITS-CT, an organization that he served as President for several years. Najib has developed and taught an award-winning, graduate-level class that introduced students to ITS from a real world perspective. He is also the author of many papers and he has made numerous presentations.
When Najib isn’t working, he enjoys spending time at home with his wife, children, and granddaughter. He loves to read, listen to music, and cook – often conjuring up exotic Middle Eastern dishes. For many years, Najib has been an outspoken advocate for the developmentally disabled and he serves on the board of directors of a non-profit that improves the lives of people with special needs.
